Account Deletion

The fastest route is the app itself: open the Settings tab in the Profile section and tap Delete Account. The moment you confirm, your account and personal data are deleted from the server. There is no waiting period and the action cannot be undone.

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot reach your device, send your deletion request to [email protected]. Write from the email address registered on your account; that is how we verify your identity.

Your request is completed within thirty days at the latest and there is no charge. You do not need to reinstall the app for this.

When the account is deleted, all of the following is permanently removed:

• Your account details: name, email address and phone number
• Your birth details and the natal chart calculated from them
• Every personal analysis text generated for you
• Your notification token, notification preferences and time zone
• The city you live in

The details of people you added for compatibility analysis are not on the server in the first place; they stay only on your device and go with the app when you uninstall it.

Copies held in technical backups fall out within thirty days at the latest.

Only two records survive account deletion. Neither contains personal content:

• The compatibility credit ledger: how many analyses an account has used and purchased. Purchased credits can be restored from the store, so this record stays; if it were deleted, deleting and recreating an account would produce unlimited credits. The ledger holds no identity details, birth data or analysis text.
• Your store purchase records: these are kept by Apple and Google, not by us. You manage your subscription and purchase history from your store account.

If you have a subscription, deleting your account does NOT cancel it. You have to cancel from your store account: on iPhone and iPad in App Store settings, on Android in the Subscriptions section of the Google Play app.
